Who We Are:

We perform scheduled maintenance, service, and mechanical repairs on Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus exclusively. Our extensive knowledge of these cars, combined with our well stocked parts department, allows us to see to your needs quickly and throughly. We also have instant access, from any of our 10 computer workstations, to the Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus factory databases for information from wiring diagrams to bulletins to recalls.
We use genuine Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus parts, and Pennzoil oils and fluids. Our pricing is fair and devoid of "specials," "coupons," and other marketing schemes. When you need a repair or service, the price and service provided will offer exceptional value and quality.
We are pleased to offer a shuttle service to our customers that require rides within our shuttle coverage area. The shuttle operates from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. At this time we do not offer pickup other than Light Rail and Cal-Train. Shuttle rides are booked when you make your appointment. We will schedule the shuttle to serve the greatest number of customers.

As you have already read on our homepage, none of the staff at Foreign Affair is paid on a commission or "selling incentive" program. You won't be pressured into purchasing repairs. We will take the time to explain to you any and all concerns on your car. We will help you prioritize any needed repairs.
It is our belief that as we provide you value and quality, you will return to us for your future needs. It's that simple. Taking care of our customers, providing good value and good, honest service, is vital to our continued success. We do not advertise. Instead we rely upon our customers referrals. Company History:

Foreign Affair was started in 1981 by Steve Cook. Kevin Rockwood joined Steve in 1982. Over time they have grown from "in the shop technicians" to General Manager (Steve) and Service Manager/Advisor/ Customer Relations Representative (Kevin).
